Hey there!

If you're looking for a fun way to challenge your strength and fitness in 2021 then look no further!! Fit For Change presents the Bi Challenge Event which includes 5 x short bodyweight workouts along Thirroul Beach and your choice of a 5 or 8km run!

After a successful Tri Challenge in 2018, we are stoked to be offering another community event where everyone is welcome, no matter what age or fitness level. The more the merrier!

The morning will include the Bi Challenge Event followed by breakfast at the beautiful Thirroul Beach Reserve.

Kick off the weekend with us in the best possible way then jump into the ocean to cool off!

What to expect on the day

Five workouts

You have five workouts to complete as the first part of the Bi Challenge. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels but please let us know if you have any injuries upon sign up.

 

Our qualified and professional team of trainers will guide you through the workouts on the day while providing modifications and variations for any age, fitness level and injury.

5km or 8km run

After you complete the five workouts, you will head north from Thirroul Beach Reserve to complete your run. Choose between a 5km or 8km distance depending on your fitness level. You can also change your distance on the day if you change your mind!

We will have a cheer squad at the turn around spot with water and pom poms to keep you going!
