Line a small baking tray with baking paper
Blend almonds and pistachios in a food processor until they form a crumb
Add maple syrup, honey, vanilla and salt and blend until combined.
Add mix to baking tray and flatten to fill (my baking tray was too big so I lined with gladwrap to fill half of the tray)
Place in freezer for about 30 minutes
Melt chocolate in microwave or bain-marie and pour on top of slice evenly
Place in fridge to set
