The Fit For Change 'Hybrid' class is bringing you two classes in one! Get the best of two worlds in the one workout with a mix of different exercise types to capture more components of fitness.
Our Friday morning Hybrid class will start with a 30 minute cardio style workout to raise your heart rate and get the muscles warm and activated; ready for 30 minutes of Mat Pilates to challenge the core and improve your balance, mobility and stability.
