Fit for Change's outdoor 'Mat Pilates' class is a full body workout where trainer, Alyssa focuses on core and glute strength, posture, balance and stability. By improving these components of fitness, you will notice improved performance in other areas of your training, as well as preventing pain and injury, particularly in the lower back and joints.
