Fit for Change's HIIT45 class is the perfect balance of high-intensity exercise and recovery by combining 45 minutes of fun, fat-burning exercise with 15 minutes of stretching and mobility work to improve flexibility, reduce the risk of injury and set yourself up for a great day.
We create a different workout for every HIIT45 class to keep it fun and unique!
