Our Circuit class is going back to basics with simple circuit style training to raise your heart rate and pump your muscles in a full body workout. The class varies every week and focuses on functional movements that target multiple muscles and joints at once to give your body the ultimate workout! This class is suitable for any age and fitness level.
Circuit (Cardio) - 6.00pm Mondays
Circuit (Strength) - 6am Thursdays & 9.20am Fridays
