Fit for Change's 'Glutes and Core' class is a full body workout where trainer, Alyssa focuses on core and glute strength and stability.

 

With strong glutes and core, you will see improved performance in other areas of your fitness training, as well as avoiding pain and injury particularly of the lower back.

Classes - 6am and 9.20am Wednesdays, 5.45pm Thursdays online via Zoom.
