Hey there!
If you're here because you struggle to stay fit and healthy during the colder months then you're in the right place.
Winter is the hardest time of year to stay motivated and the easiest time of year to hibernate on the couch eating chocolate.

But it doesn't have to be that way!

All we need are some simple tools to help us, not only stay on track but kick some fitness goals too!
With a little encouragement and support, keeping a consistent fitness routine during winter is easier than you think and we are here to help you all the way.

What does the Winter Meltdown involve?
This 6-week challenge is all about harnessing the team spirit. You'll be placed onto a team of other FFC members where you'll have access to fun, achieveable weekly challenges so you can earn points to contribute to your team point tally!! By participating in the challenge, you'll not only to go into the draw to win a free membership but you'll also stay accountable to keeping fit and healthy this winter so you can emerge in Spring feeling better than ever!

What are the weekly challenges??
Each week is a different challenge for you to tackle for the chance to earn points. More details will be revealed but here's an overview of what you can expect. You can contribute as much or as little as your lifestyle allows; every point counts!
Week 1 - Attendance
Attend as many classes as possible to earn points. Two classes in one day will earn your team bonus points!
Week 4 - Nutrition
It's time to take a look at the pantry...eeeekk.. With some simple tips to creating positive changes to your daily food intake, this week is great for a reboot and you can carry these habits through into the rest of the Challenge!
Week 2 -Get your Steps!
All you need to do this week is get moving! Earn points for reaching 10000 steps in one day with additional points for every 2000 steps over that number!
Week 5 - Virtual Relay
Get your sneakers on (and keep them on) as we run the streets of Thirroul in our virtual relay week! All you need to do is run or walk 3km at a time to earn points for your team. Only one person can run at a time so get your schedules cleared and ready!
Week 3 - In-class Challenges
Get your game face on with a challenge to conquer in every class this week! From relays, to team challenges, to tug of war; it's going to be a fun week!
Week 6 - Pay-it-forward
I'd love for us all to give something back to finish off the Challenge by paying it forward to a friend, a family member, a group or an individual in the community who is doing it tough! Details TBC but I think we'll all benefit from this week <3
