If you're here because you struggle to stay fit and healthy during the colder months then you're in the right place.
Winter is the hardest time of year to stay motivated and the easiest time of year to hibernate on the couch eating chocolate.

But it doesn't have to be that way!

All we need are some simple tools to help us, not only stay on track but kick some fitness goals too!
With a little encouragement and support, keeping a consistent fitness routine during winter is easier than you think and we are here to help you all the way.

How to get started

Purchase a membership or a class pass to use throughout the 6 week challenge.​

Then you'll automatically be placed onto a team with either Alyssa, Kerry or Josh as your team leader.
​
​
Follow the instructions as per Alyssa's email to earn points for your team! Every week is different and includes nutrition, recovery, movement and in-class team challenges.
