Outdoor Group Exercise

Our 45-minute outdoor Strength & Balance class is designed specifically for adults aged 65+, helping you build muscle mass, improve strength, enhance balance, and maintain independence for everyday life. Through guided functional exercises, you'll develop confidence in movement while supporting mobility, stability, and overall wellbeing.
 

More than a traditional exercise class, each session also incorporates engaging cognitive challenges that stimulate memory, focus, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Enjoy a fun, supportive group environment where you'll strengthen both body and mind, helping you stay active, capable, and connected as you age.
