Training for a fun run, something more serious or just wanting to improve your cardiovascular fitness? Come and try Fit for Change's running class with Kerry. Combining a mixture of distance, intervals, hills and sand running, our running sessions will help you build distance and speed for any running goal and is suitable for beginners through to more experienced runners.
