Fit for Change's Xfit sessions are a metabolic conditioning workout and use a mixture of specific intervals and rest periods to improve overall strength and fitness.

 

The Xfit class will help to maximise your training performance and increase the caloric burn for hours after you finish exercising! 

Classes - 9.20am Mondays and 6.00am Tuesdays
