At Fit For Change Personal Training in the Northern Illawarra, we offer a timetable of group fitness classes from Monday to Saturday.
Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo, Max Ferri and Andrea Strand and we run a variety of classes including Conditioning, Mat Pilates, Strength, Running and classes for those 65+.
Our classes are held along the beautiful Thirroul Beach reserve. Please check the locations page for our wet weather alternative locations.
