ABOUT US
At Fit For Change Personal Training in the Northern Illawarra, we offer a timetable of group fitness classes from Monday to Saturday.

Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo and Josh Muser and we run a variety of classes including boxing, HIIT, circuit, glutes and core, strength and running classes.

Our classes are held along the beautiful Thirroul Beach reserve. Please check the locations page for our wet weather alternative locations.
