Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo, Kerry Greenfield and Leisa Marie Hicks and we run a variety of indoor and outdoor classes including boxing, HIIT, core, circuit, running, strength training and Vinyasa yoga.

Bub number 3 was initially my excuse not to exercise, but now he's as much a part of the group as I am! Best of all, Alyssa has created an incredibly supportive, fun exercise community that keeps me coming back each week.
