ABOUT US

At Fit For Change Personal Training in the Northern Illawarra, we offer a timetable of fourteen group fitness classes from Monday to Sunday.

Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.

 

Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo, Kerry Greenfield and Leisa Marie Hicks and we run a variety of classes including boxing, HIIT, circuit, glutes and core, strength training and Vinyasa yoga.

Our daytime classes are held along the beautiful Thirroul Beach reserve and our evening classes are held at Thirroul Public School. Please check the locations page for our wet weather alternative locations.
