Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo, Kerry Greenfield and Leisa Marie Hicks and we run a variety of classes including boxing, HIIT, core, circuit, glutes, strength training and Vinyasa yoga.
Due to the current health pandemic we are running all classes online via Zoom. Our timetable will remain the same but you will join us from your lounge room or backyard! You'll be able to see, not only me but everyone else in the class so we can stay connected with each other during this hard time.

Bub number 3 was initially my excuse not to exercise, but now he's as much a part of the group as I am!
