Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo, Kerry Greenfield and Leisa Marie Hicks and we run a variety of classes including boxing, HIIT, circuit, glutes and core, strength training and Vinyasa yoga.
Our classes are held along the beautiful Thirroul Beach reserve however during winter our locations are slightly different so make sure to check our locations page to find out more! Our wet weather option for all morning classes will be online via Zoom for the duration of Winter.

Bub number 3 was initially my excuse not to exercise, but now he's as much a part of the group as I am! Best of all, Alyssa has created an incredibly supportive, fun exercise community that keeps me coming back each week.
