High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a great way to burn more fat in less time.
Fit for Change's HIIT classes offer a high intensity workout and use a mixture of short and long intervals to improve cardiovascular fitness.
We create a different workout for every HIIT class to keep it fun and unique.
HIIT45 on Friday mornings and Thursdays is 45 minutes of HIIT training followed by 15 minutes of stretching to wind down from the week and help with muscle recovery.
Classes - 6.30pm Mondays, 9.20am Thursdays and 6.00am Fridays at Thirroul Beach Reserve.
