I stole this recipe from a friend and it's super easy to make and delicious! It's one you can take to work or on the road if you're in a hurry so give it a crack and see what you think.
1 cup of oats (ground up in the food processor)
1 sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes
1 sprinkle of almond flakes
1/2 teaspoon of cacao powder
1 drizzle of honey (to taste)
1 cup of coconut water
Mix thoroughly then place in fridge overnight. Top with your favourites. I food prep five of these bad boys at the start of the week so it's easy to grab each morning. You can add anything to this combo so go crazy and add fruit, nuts, yoghurt or even chia seeds! Enjoy!
