Try these tasty PEANUT BUTTER CHOC CHIP cookies to curb that sweet tooth without undoing this morning's workout. Easy to make and even easier to eat!
Ingredients:
2 x banana
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1.5 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 bag of dark choice pieces
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Blend together banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking soda, vanilla essence and cocoa powder
Fold through the chocolate pieces
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool before eating (if you can wait that long!)
